Eduard Kokoity

Eduard Dzhabeyevich Kokoyty (Ossetian: Кокойты Джабейы фырт Эдуард, romanized: Kokojty Ĝabejy fyrt Edward; born 31 October 1964) is the former President of the partially recognized state South Ossetia.[note 1] His term in office lasted just under ten years, beginning December 2001 and ending December 2011.[1]
