Carl Wade Stiner (September 7, 1936 – June 2, 2022) was a United States Army four-star general. He was Commander in Chief, United States Special Operations Command (USCINCSOC) from 1990 to 1993. Stiner was born in LaFollette, Tennessee.
Stiner died on June 2, 2022 at a hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee at the age of 85.[1]
