Cara Buono (born March 1, 1971) is an American actress, screenwriter and director. She is best known for her roles as Dr. Faye Miller in the AMC drama series Mad Men (2010), Kelli Moltisanti in the HBO series The Sopranos (2006–2007) and Karen Wheeler in the Netflix series Stranger Things (2016–present).
