CBeebies is a British free children's television channel. It is aimed at children under six. It started on 11 February 2002 and is owned by the BBC. The channel broadcast from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. It shares time with BBC Four, which is on between 7:00 pm and 4:00 am.[1] The sister channel is CBBC for older children between the ages of six and twelve.
