Alberto Carlos Rivera Díaz (born 15 November 1979) is a Spanish lawyer and politician. He was the leader of Citizens from July 2006 to November 2019. He placed fourth in the 2016 general election. He was a member of the Congress of Deputies and a former member of the Parliament of Catalonia.[1]
