An election happened on November 3, 2020, to elect a Senator from the U.S. state of Virginia. The two candidates were Senator Mark Warner (Democratic Party) and Lieutenant colonel Daniel Gade (Republican Party). Mark Warner won the election and a third term in the Senate.

There was a primary election for the Republican Party. There were three people in the Republican primary and Daniel Gade won. There was no Democratic Party primary because no one ran against Mark Warner.[1]
Nobody in the Democratic Party went against Mark Warner in the primary, so no election happened.[2]
