Tchéky Karyo (rođen kao Baruh Djaki Karyo u Istanbulu 4. oktobra 1953 -) je francuski filmski glumac grčko-jevrejskog (sefardskog) porijekla. Odrastao je i školovao se u Parizu, gdje je započeo glumačku karijeru. U svijetu je postao poznat zahvaljujući ulozi mentora naslovne junakinje špijunskog trilera Nikita 1990. godine. Poslije toga je često nastupao u holivudskim filmovima, obično u ulogama negativaca evropskog porijekla.
