Nagrada za najbolju glumicu u glavnoj ulozi (engleski: je filmska nagrada Britanske akademije koju svake godine Britanska akademija filmske i televizijske umjetnosti (BAFTA) dodjeljuje glumici za najbolju glavnu žensku ulogu u filmu.
Od 1952. do 1967. su se dodjeljivale zasebne nagrade za najbolju britansku i najbolju sreanu glumicu. Spojene su ui jednu nagradu godine 1968.
