Gavi (talijanski: Isola di Gavi) je mali vulkanski otok u arhipelagu Pontinski otoci u Tirenskom moru u Laziju u Provinciji Latina.[1].

Gavi leži nešto sjevernije od otoka Ponza, od kog je odvojen kanalom širokim oko 120 metara, po kojem mogu ploviti samo srednje velika plovila. Njegova dužina ne prelazi 700 metara, dok mu širina iznosi 350 metara, najviša točka na otoku ima 100 metara.[1]
Otočić administrativno podpada pod Općinu Ponza, čiji su stanovnici nekada koristili Gavi kao pašnjak za svoja stada.[1] Svojevremeno je na otoku radio i kamenolom u kom se iskapao bentonit i kaolinit.[1]
Gavi ima strme stjenovite obale, bez plaža, pa mu je najveća atrakcija velika spilja (Grottone di Gavi).[1] Ima samo dvije lučice, jednu na sjeveru, koja je danas napuštena i jednu na jugu koju koriste izletnički brodovi iz Ponze.
Otok je nenaseljen, na njemu postoji samo jedna kuća čiji je vlasnici koriste jedino po ljetu.[1]
