Dihidroorotaza

Dihidroorotaza (EC 3.5.2.3, karbamoilaspartinska dehidraza, dihidroorotatna hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-dihidroorotat amidohidrolaza.^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(S)-dihidroorotat + H₂O ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ N-karbamoil-L-aspartat
