Alan Walbridge Ladd (3. septembar 1913 – 29. januar 1964) bio je američki filmski glumac. Glumom se počeo baviti 1930-ih nakon što je zbog ozljede morao odustati od plivačke karijere. Usprkos talenta, zbog niskog rasta nije mogao dobijati glavne uloge, ali je zvijezdom postao kada mu je u filmu This Gun for Hire partnerica bila Veronica Lake, jedna od rijetkih glumica još nižih nego on. Nakon toga je glumio u nizu hvaljenih filmova, od kojih je najpoznatiji Shane, klasični vestern čiji je istoimeni junak jedna od najvećih ikona žanra.

Usprkos slave i bogatstva, Ladda su mučile porodične tragedije i depresija, zbog koje je pred kraj života utjehu pronalazio u alkoholu, kome se često pripisuje njegova nikada razjašnjena smrt.
Ladd je poznat kao osnivač holivudske dinastije - sin Alan Ladd Jr. je ugledni producent i osnivač The Ladd Company, sin David je glumac i bivši suprug Cheryl Ladd, te otac glumice Jordan Ladd.
