Racha-Lechkhumi an Kvemo Svaneti (Georgie: რაჭა-ლეჩხუმი და ქვემო სვანეთი Račʼa-Lečxumi da Kvemo Svaneti) is a region in northwastren Georgie which includes the historical provinces o Racha, Lechkhumi an Kvemo Svaneti (i.e., Lawer Svaneti).
