Edith Weston is a veelage an ceevil parish in the coonty o Rutland in the East Midlands o Ingland. It is on the sooth-eastren shore o Rutland Water an is hame o the main sailin club wi a fishin lodge.[1]
The veelage is named efter queen Edith o Wessex (1029ā1075), the wife o Edward the Confessor an sister o Harold Godwinson. The kirk is St Mary the Virgin. The veelage pub is the Wheatsheaf on King Edward's Way.
