ਪੋਤਾਲਾ ਪੈਲੇਸ

ਪੋਤਾਲਾ ਪੈਲੇਸ ਲਹਾਸਾ, (ਤਿੱਬਤ ਦੇ ਖ਼ੁਦਮੁਖਤਿਆਰ ਖਿੱਤੇ) ਚੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਾਰਪੋ ਰੀ ਪਹਾੜੀ ’ਤੇ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲਹਾਸਾ ਦੀ ਘਾਟੀ ਤੋਂ 130 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ ’ਤੇ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਤਿੱਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਇਮਾਰਤੀ ਰਚਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ 1645 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਵੇਂ ਦਲਾਈਲਾਮਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ 1648 ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਈਟ ਪੈਲੇਸ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਚੌਦਵੇਂ ਦਲਾਈਲਾਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਿਆਸੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਲ ਤਿੱਬਤੀ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਆਗੂ ਦਲਾਈਲਾਮਾ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
