Albert Windey (Kaprijke, 24 d'octobre de 1918 - Gent, 26 de març de 2011) foguèt un politician bèlga. Ocupèt las foncions de cònsol de la comuna bèlga de Kaprijke durant fòrça temps e foguèt tanben president del Conselh provincial de Flandas orientalas.
