Alphaville es un grop anglofòn new wave de synthpop format en 1981 a Münster en Alemanha e compausat del cantaire Hartwig Schierbaum (dit Marian Gold), de Bernhard Lloyd e de Frank Mertens, fòrça populars en Euròpa tota e quitament aus Estats Units dins las annadas 80 ambe lors títols Big in Japan (1984), Sounds like a melody (fin de 1984) e Forever young (1985)[1][2].
Lor nom Alphaville es inspirat del títol d'un filme de 1965 de Jean-Luc Godard.
