Øyafestivalen er en årlig pop- og rockefestival som arrangeres i august i Tøyenparken i Oslo (før 2014 i Middelalderparken). Med én klubbdag og fire dager i parken presenterer festivalen over 280 artister fra inn- og utland.[1] Siden starten i 1999, med sine 1 000 besøkende, har festivalen vokst til å bli en av Norges største festivaler med over 85 000 besøkende.[trenger referanse] Festivalen ble i 2018 solgt til det amerikanske kapitalforvaltningsselskapet Providence.

I 2010 spilte over 80 artister i parken, mens de resterende var å få sett på klubbdagen, Øyanatt, Camp Indie eller scenen i Skateparken under Dyvekes bro. Det var miljøet rundt Oslo-klubbene Paragrafen, So What!, Last Train og Betong (Chateau Neuf) som startet Øyafestivalen i 1999. De to første årene ble festivalen arrangert på Kalvøya i Bærum, derav navnet.
Øyanatt (også skrevet Øye natt) er konserter som holdes på klubber og scener rundt i Oslo i samarbeid med Øyafestivalen.
I løpet av årene har blant annet store internasjonale navn som Jack White, The New Pornographers, Sonic Youth, Yoko Ono, Beck, Morrissey, Arctic Monkeys, Iggy & The Stooges, Kanye West, Bryan Ferry, PJ Harvey, Massive Attack, Lana Del Rey, Pixies, Gorillaz, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds og Blur gjestet festivalen.
