Xingan (kinesisk: 新干县; pinyin: Xīngān Xiàn) er et fylke i provinsen Jiangxi i Folkerepublikken Kina. Det ligger i byprefekturet Ji'an.
Befolkningen var på 293 991 innbyggere i 1999.[1]
Niutoucheng-funnstedet (Niutoucheng zhi, 牛头城址) fra Shang- til Zhoudynastiets tid ble i 2006 tilføyd på Folkerepublikken Kinas liste over kulturminner.
Den viktige jernbanelinjen Jingjiubanen har stoppested her på sin ferd fra Beijing vestbanestasjon til Kowloon i Hongkong. Denne linjen løper gjennom blant annet Hengshui, Heze, Shangqiu, Xinzhou (ved Wuhan), Jiujiang, Nanchang, Heyuan, Huizhou og Shenzhen.
Også Kinas riksvei 105 løper gjennom fylket. Denne viktige trafikkåren begynner i Beijing, løper sørover og ender ved kysten i Zhuhai i provinsen Guangdong. Den går innom større byer som Tianjin, Dezhou, Jining, Shangqiu, Jiujiang, Nanchang og Guangzhou.
