Wencheng (kinesisk: 文成县; pinyin: Wénchéng Xiàn) er et fylke i byprefekturet Wenzhou i provinsen Zhejiang i Folkerepublikken Kina.
Folketallet var på 372 451 innbyggere i 1999.[1]
