Store Kågtind rager 1229,7 meter over havet, og er det høyeste fjellet på øya Kågen og i Skjervøy kommune.[2] Toppen er også det tredje høyeste fjellet på en øy i Norge (bortsett fra Beerenberg på Jan Mayen). (Andørja og Hinnøya har høyere fjell.)
