Sankt Olavs Kilde er en tidligere kilde som ligger ved Skuldelev Ås på Hornsherred, Frederikssund kommune på Sjælland.

Kilden var i middelalderen meget besøkt for dens helbredende vann.[1] Her ble dessuten holdt kildemarkeder inntil midten av 1800-tallet.[2] Like inntil den uttørrede kilden ligger en gammel pengeblokk, og rundt om selve kilden står lindetrær. Anlegget ble fredet i 1952.[3]
Sagnet forteller at da kong Olav engang seilte på Roskilde Fjord sprang en trollkvinne frem og ropte: Sankt Olav med dit røde skæg, du sejler for nær min kældervæg. Kongen ble vred og ropte tilbake: Hør du kælling med rok og ten, her skal du sidde og blive en sten. Han satte deretter skipet så hardt mot land at det ble en kløft i Skuldelev Ås hvor det sprang frem en kilde. Trollkjerringen ble til en sten.[4]
