Edward Rodman «Rod» Serling (født 25. desember 1924 i Syracuse i New York i USA, død 28. juni 1975 i Rochester i New York) var en amerikansk forfatter og TV-produsent kjent for science fiction fjernsynsserien The Twilight Zone. Han ble belønnet med en rekke Emmy Awards. Serling var aktiv under andre verdenskrig, ble tildelt Purple Heart. Han var også aktiv innen politikk.
