Reshat Bardhi (født 4. mars 1935 i Kukësi i Albania, død 2. april 2011 i Tirana i Albania) var en albansk religiøs leder. Reshat Bardhi ble medlem i bektashiordenen og ble dervish på 1950-tallet. På statsateismens Albania 1967–1991 holdte han en lav profil, men etter dets fall ble han utnevnt til høyeste leder for bektashiordenen.
