Paj-Khoj (russisk: Пай-Хой) er en kjede av åser og lave fjell i det autonome området Nenetsia, lengst nordøst i den europeiske delen av Russland. Kjeden er rundt 200 kilometer lang, og strekker seg fra de nordligste Uralfjellene i nordvestlig retning over den sentrale delen av Jugorskijhalvøya og øya Vajgatsj, som er skilt fra fastlandet ved Jugorskijsundet. Det høyeste punktet i Paj-Khoj er Gora Moreiz på 467 moh.[1]

Geologisk sett er Paj-Khoj en del av en nordlig fortsettelse av Uralfjellene, som også strekker seg videre nordover til fjellene på Novaja Semlja. Berggrunnen består av krystallinsk glimmerskifer, sedimentære sandsteinbergarter, mergel og kalkstein. Vegetasjonen består hovedsakelig av steinete fjelltundra. På lavereliggende deler vokser gress, mose og reinlav. Lave busker forekommer, om enn sjelden, i de sørlige delene.[1]
Den første gang Paj-Khoj ble beskrevet av europeere var under en forskningsekspedisjon ledet av geologen Ernst Karlovitsj Hoffmann, som mellom 1847 og 1853 foretok de første geologiske og biologiske undersøkelsene av området.
