Pål Breen (født 14. april 1969) er en norsk fotballeder. Han var direktør i Vålerenga Invest Fotball AS (Vålerenga Fotballs elitesatsing) fra 2007 til 2013.
Som aktiv idrettsutøver var Breen sykkelrytter for Glåmdal-Nittedal, og arbeidet også som mekaniker for det norske sykkellandslaget. Breen valgte senere bort syklingen til fordel for en karriere i Forsvaret, der han var i syv år. I 1995 var han med på å starte sikkerhetsselskapet SES, som i 2001 ble kjøpt av Hafslund. Breen ble da administrerende direktør for Hafslund Sikkerhet Bedrift.[2]
Breen ble ansatt som administrerende direktør i Vålerenga Invest Fotball AS rett før jul i 2006, og overtok på nyåret.[2][3] Han sluttet som administrerende direktør i Vålerenga fotball da aksjeselskapet ble lagt ned i 2013.[4] Breen var da den lengstsittende leder i en norsk toppklubb på herresiden.[5]
Breen har siden arbeidet for interesseorganisasjonen Norsk Toppfotball.[6]
