Kristen Schaal (født 24. januar 1978 i Longmont i Colorado) er en amerikansk skuespiller, forfatter og komiker, best kjent for sin rolle som Mel i HBO-serien Flight of the Conchords, som Louise i Bob's Burgers, som Hazel Whassername i 30 Rock og som bidragsyter til The Daily Show.
