Juel, Wegner & Co. var et norsk trelastfirma i Sarpsborg. Det ble dannet av trelasthandlerne Iver Albert Juel og Benjamin Wegner med utgangspunkt i deres virksomhet i Glommavassdraget i 1856.[1][2] Det var et av de største trelastfirmaene på Østlandet i perioden 1856–1866.[3] [4] Etter Benjamin Wegners død ble firmaet drevet videre av Iver Albert Juel og Wegners sønn Johan Ludwig Wegner, som i noen år også hadde drevet sitt eget trelastfirma J.L. Wegner & Co. Juel, Wegner & Co. ble oppløst 1. august 1866.[5]
