Gouinafallene (fransk Chutes de Gouina) er et fossefall i Senegalelva i Mali. Fallene ligger mellom byene Bafoulabé og Diamou i regionen Kayes. De er kjent som «Malis Niagarafallene» («Niagara falls of Mali»).[1] Elva er rundt 500 meter bred og har et fall på 16 meter over fallene.
