Gebel Katherina eller Katarinafjellet (arabisk: جبل كاثرين) er det høyeste fjellet i Egypt; 2 629 moh.[1] Det ligger i nærheten av byen St. Katrine i den sørlige delen av Sinaihalvøya i guvernementet Janub Sina'.

Noen få kilometer nordøst ligger det gresk-ortodokse Katarinaklosteret og Moseberget, stedet hvor Moses i henhold til jødisk tradisjon skal ha mottatt steintavlene med de ti budene.
Fjellet er oppkalt etter den kristne helgenen Katarina av Alexandria. På toppen av Gebel Katherina er det et kapell dedikert til den hellige Katarina. I henhold til tradisjonen ble hennes levninger gjenfunnet her og deretter fraktet til klosteret. I tillegg er det to rom for pilegrimer som vil tilbringe natten her. Det er også en meteorologisk stasjon på toppen som ble bygd i 1932 av mith Meteorological Institute of California.
Fra fjellet er det utsikt som strekker seg sørover til Rødehavet og Akababukten og dens øyer.
