Ellingsøytunnelen er en undersjøisk veitunnel som går fra Ålesund (Nørvøya) under Ellingsøyfjorden til Hovset på Ellingsøya med riksvei 658 i Ålesund kommune i Møre og Romsdal. Tunnelen er 3520 meter lang, den når 144 meter under havet, og største stigning er 8,5 %. Ellingsøytunnelen ble åpnet i 1987. Sammen med Valderøytunnelen ga den fergefri forbindelse mellom Ålesund og Valderøya og Vigra.

Tunnelen har også en arm til Flatholmen. Avkjørselen til Flatholmen er kun tilgjengelig dersom man kommer fra Ålesundssiden. Kommer man fra Ellingsøya må man først ut av tunnelens åpning på Ålesundssiden, og deretter inn igjen. Tunnelarmen mot Flathomen er skiltet med navnet Akslatunnelen.
Tunnelen har tre felter - ett nedover og to oppover, på hver side. Det er doble sperrelinjer i hele tunnelen.
Det er ikke tillatt for fotgjengere og syklister å ferdes i Ellingsøytunnelen. Alternativ rute for syklister er litt over 5 mil lengre og kan gå enten langs Brusdalsvatnet eller Mørkeset, deretter Stette, Taftasundsbrua og Ellingsøya.
