Ellingsøy kirke (Ellingsøy kyrkje) er en arbeidskirke fra 1998 på Ellingsøy i Ålesund kommune i Møre og Romsdal fylke. Den er en del av Den norske kirke og hører til Nordre Sunnmøre prosti i Møre bispedømme.

Byggverket er i betong og teglstein. Kirken er oppført i to byggetrinn med innvielse i 1990 og 1998.
Kirken er utsmykket av Håkon Gullvåg.[1][2]
Kirkegården ved kirken kalles Slotsvik kirkegård. Den ble tatt i bruk 1981.[3]
