Det Kongelige Biblioteks Have – eller Bibliotekshaven – er et haveanlegg på Slotsholmen i København. Den ble innviet i 1920 på stedet hvor den tidligere Tøjhushavnen lå. Haven er flankert av Rigsarkivet, Tøjhusmuseet, Det Kongelige Bibliotek og Provianthuset.

I 1863–1864 ble Christian IVs gamle krighavn, Tøjhushavnen, kastet igjen etter å ha ligget ubenyttet i mange år. I årene etter ble det oppført flere militære verkstedsbygninger på stedet.
I 1898–1906 ble det oppført en ny bygning til Det Kongelige Bibliotek på tomten etter tegninger av Hans J. Holm, og biblioteket flyttet fra sine lokaler i Frederik IIIs gamle biblioteksbygning til den nye bygningen. I 1920 anla havearkitekt Jens Peder Andersen og arkitektene Thorvald Jørgensen og Johannes Magdahl Nielsen et haveanlegg foran biblioteket på det område hvor krigshavnen tidligere hadde ligget. Et lite basseng midt i haven minner om havnen.
To indre gårder og forarealet mot havnen er utformet av Edvard Glæsel.[1] I 1923 ble anlegget premiert av Foreningen til Hovedstadens Forskønnelse.
