Concordia Theological Seminary, teologisk presteseminar i Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA, knyttet til Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (Missourisynoden). Grunnlagt 1846. Var i perioden 1875-1876 lagt til Springfield, Illinois. Står for en konservativ, konfessjonstro lutherdom. Anses uformelt for å være mer konservativt enn Concordia Seminary, som også drives av Missourisynoden.
