Cock Lane er en liten gate i Smithfield i City of London som går fra Giltspur Street i øst til Snow Hill i vest.

I middelalderperioden var det kjent som Cokkes Lane og det var et sted for lovlige bordeller.
Cock Lane nr 25 er kjent som det huset hvor det antatte Cock Lane-spøkelset manifesterte seg i 1762[1] og som det stedet hvor forfatteren John Bunyans, som skrev Englands første bestselger, døde av feber i 1688.
Krysset av Giltspur Street og Cock Lane, kjent som Pye Corner, var som stedet hvor den store brannen i London ble stoppet. Dette er markert med Golden Boy of Pye Corner-statuen. Minnesmerket stod opprinnelig foran en pub kalt The Fortune of War, som stod på plassen, men ble revet i 1910.
