Brekkeparken i Skien kommune er en 36 mål stor park på en høyde rett opp for Skien sentrum. Parken inngår i Telemark Museum.

Middelaldergården Søndre Brekke danner utgangspunktet for museet og Brekkeparken. Anlegget med den store hovedbygningen, fløyene og parken med lysthus, paviljong og andedam ble til fra 1810 da Niels Aall kjøpte gården. Parken ble anlagt 1815-16 i landskapsstil under ledelse av "kunstgartner" Hans Christian Pries.
Rosehagen som ble anlagt cirka 1850 er parkens kjennemerke. Den ble i stor grad utviklet i eiertiden til de to siste private eierne, skipsrederne Hans Hoell og Nils P. Høyer som begge var gift med nære slektninger av Henrik Ibsen. I nyere tid (2000-tallet) blir den tilplantet med ettårige prydplanter.
Eiendommen ble i 1909 solgt til et nystiftet aksjeselskap og overdratt til museet, som ble grunnlagt samme år. I 1915 ble en rekke store arbeider i hageanlegget ferdigstilt, blant annet ble det anlagt en svanedam vest for hovedbygningen. Det ble laget en kunstig bekk som utløp fra svanedammen, og over bekken ble det bygget en ny bro.[1]
I 1915 ble det også bygget en ny musikkpaviljong i parken; paviljongen var tegnet av arkitekt Heinrich Karsten, som hadde slått seg ned i Skien noen år tidligere.[1] Arkitekten lot seg inspirere av festsalen i nordfløyen på Brekke hovedgård, og brukte søylene som pryder festsalen som forelegg for musikkpaviljongens bærende søyler.[1]
Den gamle hagepaviljongen fra gården Kjellestad ved Brevik ble satt opp på «Lysthushaugen» i parken i 1927. Paviljongen var en gave til museet fra Norges Bank.[2] I det sydvestlige hjørnet av parken ble det i etapper bygget et friluftsteater som stod ferdig i 1924. På friluftsteateret – som i de første tiårene ble omtalt som «sommerteateret»[3] – ble det arrangert mange store teater- og revyforestillinger og konserter i mellomkrigstiden. Teaterscenen ble tegnet av arkitekt Heinrich Karsten, som noen år tidligere hadde tegnet parkens nye musikkpaviljong.[4] Ved gangveien som fører inn til teaterscenen fra parkanlegget står bronseskulpturen «Huldren og gutten»; den er laget av billedhuggeren Sveinung Aanonsen og kom i museets besittelse i 1921 etter at konsul Carl Stousland hadde kjøpt den på auksjon med sikte på å gi den videre til Brekkeparken.[4]
Parken har fått tilført mange gårdsbygninger fra ulike bygder i Telemark, og er i dag også et friluftsmuseum.
Brekkeparken ble i 2002 kåret til Årets grønne park av Norske Anleggsgartnere.[5]
