Albert Bøhn (født 19. juli 1836 på Grini i Nes på Romerike, død 30. april 1913 i Nes på Romerike)[2][3] var en norsk handelsmann, gårdbruker, lensmann, ordfører og stortingsrepresentant fra Nes på Romerike. Han ble valgt inn på Stortinget i 1877 for Akershus amt.[2][3] Han var representant i en periode før han igjen ble valgt som representant i 1889.[2][3] Han var da folkevalgt for Akershus amt frem til 1906.[2][3] I 1906 ble han innvalgt for enmannskretsen Øvre Romerike. Han var stortingsrepresentant frem til 1909.[2][3] Som stortingsmann var han fra 1877 til 1879 medlem av konstitusjonskomiteen.[2][3] Fra 1889 til 1903 var han medlem av justiskomiteen, og fra 1903 til 1909 var han president i Lagtinget.[2][3]

Bøhn var sønn til en gårdbruker.[3] Han var krambu dreng på Kongsvinger fra 1852. I 1860 åpnet han landhandel i Nes, han drev denne frem til 1887. Han overtok gården Grini etter sin foreldre i 1861 og drev denne frem til 1910. Fra 1891 til 1909 var han lensmann i Nes.
Albert Bøhn var medlem av kommunestyret i mange år, i 14 av årene var han ordfører.[3]
