Zverinac (italiensk: Sferenzi eller Sfirtegòn) er ei lita øy i Adriaterhavet ved kysten av Kroatia. Den tilhører Zadar fylke. Øya har et areal på 4,2 kvadratkilometer og hadde et folketall på 48 i 2001[1] en halvering av folketallet siden 1981.[2] Den høyeste toppen på øya er 111 meter over havet.[2]

Øya ble først omtalt i skriftlige kilder i 1421 som Suiran, og var da under styre av adelsmenn fra Zadar. På øya ligger det barokke palasset til familien Fanfong fra 1746.[3] I Poripišće uvala ligger det romerske ruiner.
