Vincent Lübeck (1654–1740) var en tysk barokk-komponist.

Lübecks far – også han bar navnet Vincent – var organist i Nordtyskland. Han døde samme år som sønnen ble født, og stefaren Caspar Förckelrath gav gutten den første orgelundervisningen.[3] Stilstudier av Lübecks klaviaturverk tyder på at han kan ha studert med Andreas Kneller.[4]
I 1674 ble Lübeck organist ved St. Cosmae et Damiani-kirka i Stade og giftet seg med Susanne Becker. Fra 1679 hadde St. Cosmae et orgel av den berømte orgelbyggeren Arp Schnitger, som Lübeck ble en god venn av. Lübeck nøt en høy anseelse som organist, komponist og pedagog i Stade, og i 1702 ble han utnevnt til organist i St. Nicholaskirche i Hamburg, der han ble livet ut. I Nicholaskirche hadde han tilgang til Schnitgers største orgel, et av verdens vakreste og mest betydelige orgler (ødelagt under den store bybrannen i 1842).
Stilistisk er Lübeck beslektet med Dietrich Buxtehude og knyttes til den nordtyske orgelskole. Han skrev kantater og orgel- og cembaloverk.
Lübeck lærte sønnene Peter Paul (1680–1732) og Vincent (1684–1755) orgelspill, de ble også komponister, men klarte ikke nå opp til farens ry. Førstnevnte ble farens etterfølger ved Nicholaskirche. Lübecks mest betydelige studenter var Christian Heinrich Postel og Michael Johann Friedrich Wiedeburg. Under et besøk i Hamburg fikk den unge Johann Sebastian Bach høre Lübeck og Johann Adam Reincken spille; innflytelsen fra begge er godt belagt i Bachs tidlige orgelverk.
