Ust-Kut (russisk: Усть-Кут) er en by i Irkutsk oblast i Russland. Den ligger ved elva Lena, rundt 510 km nordvest for Irkutsk. Innbyggertall: 49 951 (folketelling 2002).

Byen ble grunnlagt i 1631 av kosakk-ataman Ivan Galkin, som bygde et fort der. Stedet fikk offisiell bystatus i 1954.
I 1951 nådde jernbanen fra Tajsjet fram til Ust-Kut. Byen ble dermed den første og eneste elvehavna ved elva Lena med jernbaneforbindelse, og den ble dermed et viktig knutepunkt for frakt til og fra steder langs Lena, så som mesteparten av Jakutia. Ust-Kut markerte slutten på jernbanelinja til i 1974, da byggearbeidet startet på utvidelsen av banen, som nå er kjent som Bajkal-Amur-jernbanen (BAM), østover mot Bajkalsjøen og videre. Byen ble hovedkvarteret under byggingen av den vestlige seksjonen av BAM.
Ust-Kut lufthavn ligger 9 km nord for byen.
Leon Trotskij var i eksil i Ust-Kut i noen år.
