Uno-X Mobility er et profesjonelt norsk sykkellag som konkurrer i UCI WorldTour.[3] Det er det eneste nordiske laget på øverste nivå i sykkelsporten, uavhengig av kjønn.

Laget ble etablert i 2021[4], og hadde sin første sesong i 2022. Det utgjør den kvinnelige satsingen under sponsoren Uno-X, som allerede hadde drevet Uno-X Mobilitys lag for menn siden 2016. Både herrelaget og damelaget har Thor Hushovd som daglig leder.[5][6]
