Tórshavnar uttanbíggja kommuna var en kommune på Færøyene. Den ble opprettet som egen kommune ved delingen av Suðurstreymoyar prestagjalds kommuna i 1930. Kommunen omfattet landdistriktet rundt Tórshavnar kommuna (bykommunen). Tórshavnar uttanbíggja kommuna omfattet bygdene Argir, Norðradalur, Syðradalur, Hoyvík og Hvítanes. I 1978 ble Hoyvík og Hvítanes innlemmet i bykommunen ved grensejustering, mens Argir, Norðradalur og Syðradalur, som også svarte til Argja sókn, dannet Argja kommuna. I 1997 ble også Argja kommuna innlemmet i Tórshavnar kommuna.[1]
