Tryvannshøyden, eller Tryvannshøgda, er en ås nord i Oslo 529 moh. Åsen har navn etter Store Tryvannet i dalen på nordsiden.

På Tryvannshøyden står TV-senderen Tryvannstårnet og en antennemast (tidligere flere) for radiosender. Parkeringsplassen ved Tryvannstårnet var opprinnelig Tryvand stadion, skøytebane i bruk 1934–66. Parkeringsplassen og området omkring benyttes også av russ til Tryvannstreffet i slutten av april og starten av mai.
Leddet Tryvann i navnet kommer av det norrøne ordet þrjú, som var intetkjønnsformen av tallet tre. I noen dialekter heter tre ennå try i intetkjønn, noe også Ivar Aasen førte opp i Norsk Grammatik. De tre vanna navnet viser til er Skomakertjern, Lille Tryvannet og Store Tryvannet.[trenger referanse]
