Stor-Elvdal kirke er en åttekantet kirke fra 1821 i Stor-Elvdal kommune, Innlandet fylke.

Byggverket er i tømmer og har 600 plasser. Det er bygd i perioden 1809-1821 i empirestil og har barokkorgel. Kirken er utformet som en noe langstrakt åttekant med tilbygg for sakristi og våpenhus på kortveggene.[1][2] Den er laget av laftet tømmer med bordkledning av panel.[3] Kirkestedet er på Negard mellom Stai og Koppang, Rv3 går like forbi kirkegårdsmuren.[4][5]
Stor-Elvdal kirke var trolig utgangspunkt for utforming av Tolga kirke tegnet av Rasmus Svendsen Aspås. Hans far Svend Aspås leverte tegninger til Stor-Elvdal kirke i februar 1807 og fikk for det 9 riksdaler i honorar. Aspås var fra før kjent for arbeidet på Røros kirke og Vang kirke (begge i mur).[6][7]
Altertavlen viser oppstandelsen kopiert etter Tidemann. Orgelet ble bygget av Amund Eriksen i 1859. Kirkeklokke fra 1768 sprakk og ble erstattet i 1988 av klokke fra Olsen Nauen.[8]
Ved kirken er det bauta over eidsvollsmannen Ole Evenstad.[8]
Byggeplanene ble godkjent i kanselliet i København i august 1806. Tomten var opprinnelig festet og ble kjøpt i 1890.[5]
Aspås kom til Stor-Elvdal i juli 1807 og begynte byggearbeidet. Arbeidet stanset opp i 1812 på grunn av den vanskelig situasjonen i landet, og ble gjenopptatt i 1819. På det meste var 18 mann i arbeid. I løpet av 1809 var tømringen med tak og tårn ferdig. I 1819 ble det satt inn glassvinduer, og det ble satt opp spir og detaljer i smijern. Innredningsarbeidet ble i hovedsak utført i løpet av 1820. Klokkene ble hengt opp i 1821. Kirken ble innviet 21. september 1821 under ledelse av prost Andreas Wulfsberg. Dørene gikk opprinnelig innover slik det var vanlig, men etter brannen i Grue kirke i 1822 ble dørene snudd slik at slo utover.[6][5]
I 1829 ble bygget malt innvendig som siste trinn i byggearbeidet. Kostnadene ved bygget ble fordelt på bygdens gårdbrukere som betalte i tømmer eller kontante penger. I tillegg til frie materialer og pliktarbeid, kostet bygget 2674 specidaler.[6] Bygget ble utbedret og ombygget i 1890 og biskop Arnoldus Hille innviet kirken på nytt i 1891.[5]
