Satka (russisk: Сатка) er en by i Tsjeljabinsk oblast i Russland. Den ligger på vestsiden av de sørlige Uralfjellene, ved bredden av elva Satka, 190 km fra Tsjeljabinsk. Innbyggertall: 49 800 (folketelling 2002).

Satka ble grunnlagt i 1758 som en fabrikk ved en jerngruve. Den største industrien i byen er utvinning av magnesitt og andre malmer, samt metallurgiske fabrikker for behandling av malmen. Det er også en liten turistindustri grunnet byens beliggenhet midt i Ural, nær nasjonalparken Zjuratkul. Det er også et historisk minnesmerke ved Porogi, hvor den første hydro-elektriske generatoren i Russland ble installert.
