Sandsøya er ei øy i Sande kommune i Møre og Romsdal. Den ligger vest for Gurskøya ved utløpet til Sandsfjorden og har eit areal på 11,38 km². Det høgaste punktet på øya er Rinden (369 moh). Sandsøya er det mest populære turistmålet i kommunen. Hvert år arrangerer Sandsøy Idrettslag sjutoppsturen, som er et løp med både konkurranse- og mosjonsklasse.

Øya har veiforbindelse via Fv6 sørover til Voksa og ferjeforbindelse derfra til Åram på fastlandet i sør, kommunesenteret Larsnes på Gurskøya i øst og den lille øya Kvamsøya i sør.
Innbyggertallet er 181 pr 01.01.2022[1]. Voksa har 26 innbyggere (2022).
Sandsøya var tidligere delt i to kretser, Nøre Sandsøy og Søre Sandsøy. Det var også skole på begge sider av øya.
Sandsøya har navn etter gårdsnavnet Sande som har vært hovedgården på øya i lang tid. Et tidligere navn for øya er Dollsøy, som er oppkalt etter fjellnavnet Dollsteinen.
På øya står Sande Kirke, som har stått siden 1880. Der har vært kirke på Sandsøy siden midten av middelalderen.
Flere steder på øya er det rester etter liv og bosted fra tidligere tider.
