Rosenbach er en landkommune (Gemeinde) i Vogtlandkreis i Direktionsbezirk Chemnitz i Fristaten Sachsen som ble opprettet den 1. januar 2011 gjennom en sammenslåing av de tre kommunene Leubnitz, Mehltheuer og Syrau. Disse tre kommunene hadde et interkommunalt samarbeid fra 1994 til 2010 innenfor forvaltningsforbundet Rosenbach.
