Robert Joseph Lefkowitz (født 15. april 1943 i New York City) er en amerikansk lege og forsker som arbeider ved Duke University i Durham i Nord-Carolina. Sammen med Brian Kobilka, ble han tildelt Nobelprisen i kjemi for 2012. De to fikk prisen for forskning på g-protein-koblede reseptorer i menneskekroppens celler.[15]
