Richard Doll (egentlig William Richard Shaboe Doll; født 28. oktober 1912 i Hampton nær Richmond upon Thames i Middlesex, død 24. juli 2005 i Oxford) var en britisk lege og kreftforsker, som påviste sambandet mellom røyking og lungekreft og andre helseproblemer.
