Ramat Rachel eller Ramat Raḥel (רָמַת רָחֵל) er en kibbutz i det sentrale Israel. Den er en enklave omgitt av Jerusalem bykommune (municipality) nær nabolagene Arnona og Talpiot, med utsyn over Betlehem og Rakels grav (som kibbutzen har sitt navn fra), og er som en eksklave del av Mateh Yehuda Regional Council.

Arkeologer mener at Ramat Rachel i oldtiden til tider overgikk Jerusalem som det sørlige høylandets økomoniske og politiske sentrum.[1]
Selve kibbutzen ble grunnlagt i 1926 av medlemmer av Gdud HaAvoda arbeiderbrigade. Deres mål var å slå seg ned i Jerusalem og finne et levebrød som kroppsarbeidere, i yrker som stenhuggere, tømrere og vognmenn. Etter å ha bodd i en overgangsleir i Jerusalem, slo en gruppe på ti pionerer seg ned i et steinete område på en ås 803 meter over havet, sør for byen.
Kibbutzen ble ødelagt av araberne i opprørene i 1929. Hundrevis av arabere gikk til angrep på gården og brente den ned til grunnen.[2] Nybyggerne kom tilbake til stedet ett år senere. Under den arabisk-israelske krig i 1948 ble veiforbindelsen mellom Ramat Rachel og Jerusalem brutt.[3] I 1967 ble kibbutzen utsatt for intensiv artilleribombardement fra jordanske stillinger. Etterhvert som Jerusalem vokste sørover, ble kibbutzen helt omringet av bygrensene.
