Potsjinok (russisk: Починок) er en by i Smolensk oblast i Russland. Den ligger ved elva Khmara (i Dneprs nedbørfelt), rundt 50 km sørøst for Smolensk.

Potsjinok ble grunnlagt i 1868 som en jernbanestasjon på Riga – Orjol-jernbanen. Den utviklet seg raskt til en markedsplass for regionale produkter, og fikk innvilget bystatus i 1926.
Flybasen Sjatalovo ligger 8 km sør for byen.
Maleren El Lisitskij ble født i Potsjinok.
